AwaNeeds

AwaNeeds is an e-commerce and payment platform for emerging markets, built and operated by Euphrates Tech. It is designed for reliability and performance in markets where connectivity is inconsistent and payment infrastructure is fragmented.

E-commerce in emerging markets faces two structural problems: unreliable payment processing and poor performance on low-bandwidth connections. AwaNeeds was built to solve both.

Euphrates Tech designed, built and continues to operate AwaNeeds. This covered full product strategy, architecture, frontend and backend development, payment integration and ongoing infrastructure management.

We built a web and mobile platform with offline-capable features, optimised for performance on slower connections, and integrated with multiple payment providers to ensure reliable transaction processing across different user segments.
